Pending Header

That' my new header, and i don't how to fix the size for put it as my header in this blog :(
I had been try many times, to reduce the image size or the capacity of this picture, but the result is NIHIL (a.k.a nothing)...
Soo somebody can help me to put this picture to be my new header??
